Marcie Sands understands, at a deeply personal level, why finding the right home matters so much. A graduate of San Diego State University in 1985, Marcie has lived throughout San Diego County and made her home in Rancho Bernardo with her husband Mark, where they raised their two children. Suburban family life filled with baseball, soccer, camping, and community events gave Marcie a genuine, neighborhood-level understanding of what San Diego communities are really like to live in — knowledge that is invaluable to the buyers and families she serves.

Marcie’s commitment to her work is reflected in her results: she has been recognized as the #29 producer out of over 1,000 agents in Coldwell Banker West — a remarkable achievement that reflects her clients’ trust and her own relentless dedication. She is also a passionate community contributor: Marcie co-founded and fundraised to assist families affected by the 2017 Witch Creek Fire in Rancho Bernardo, and volunteers with an organization maintaining and lighting the Cross on Battle Mountain.
