Jenny Dumai’s passion in life has always been making a difference in people’s lives. As a REALTOR®, she gets to do exactly that — every single day. Born in Mexico City and a proud San Diego resident since 1974, Jenny brings a life rich with experience, empathy, and genuine care to everything she does.

Before real estate found her — or rather, before she found her true calling — Jenny spent 15 years working in a pathology lab and 10 years as an assistant with an Ophthalmologist group, all while raising two beautiful daughters. In 1999, she discovered real estate and never looked back. Since then, Jenny has successfully assisted hundreds of families and repeat clients with buying and selling homes and investment properties throughout San Diego County.

Jenny attributes her success to her excellent communication skills, light and fun personality, deep understanding of the home buying process, and her extraordinary ability to simplify it for clients navigating what is often the most important financial decision of their lives. Her negotiation skills, creative problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking consistently deliver results — and her clients trust her completely, which is why so much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

As a HUD Listing Broker with expertise in probate, trust, and real estate investing, Jenny’s skill set extends well beyond standard residential sales. She serves buyers, sellers, and investors across the full spectrum of San Diego County’s markets. She is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve San Diego’s diverse community with genuine cultural connection.
