Having served from 1984 to 2007, Joe knows firsthand what it means to navigate the military relocation process — the timelines, the pressures, the unique financial considerations, and the deep personal significance of finding the right home in a new place. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Management and is a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) — a designation that reflects his specialized expertise in serving the unique needs of active duty, veteran, and military family clients. He is also a certified Global Luxury Homes specialist, a member of VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals), and a member of the National, California, and Pacific Southwest Associations of Realtors.
