Laura Keliikoa is a San Diego real estate professional whose path to becoming a REALTOR® is as unique as it is impressive. A Los Angeles County native shaped by classical piano training and a strong work ethic instilled by hardworking parents, Laura went on to study finance and business at San Diego State University — a foundation that has informed every aspect of her real estate career.

Before stepping fully into residential sales, Laura built an extraordinary depth of experience in commercial real estate — managing 11 local commercial properties as an assistant to a Commercial Property Manager, then earning the role of Lead Property Manager for a prestigious Class A Office Building, overseeing government leasing and working directly with the General Services Administration. Her exposure to institutional-level real estate operations gave her a precision and rigor that most residential agents never develop.

Her transition to the residential side introduced her to the era of short sales and foreclosures, where she also worked as a short sale negotiator. But it was behind the scenes — as a Transaction Coordinator, then Transaction Manager — where Laura truly distinguished herself. For 13 years she has served in a transaction management leadership role at Coldwell Banker West, reviewing and analyzing all real estate transaction documents company-wide, serving as a liaison between all parties, and ensuring successful closings by adhering to strict contractual guidelines.

Today, as a full-time REALTOR®, Laura brings all of that knowledge, precision, and institutional experience directly to her clients. She understands every layer of a transaction — from contract to close — and communicates with the clarity and confidence of someone who has managed risk at the highest level. For her clients in 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, and throughout San Diego County, that expertise is an extraordinary advantage.
