Lisa Johnson is a passionate, community-rooted REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker West whose love for real estate runs deep — literally in her DNA. She grew up in a family of successful real estate agents, and while she pursued other interests along the way, she always knew real estate was where she would end up. Today, she brings all of that inherited wisdom, passion, and community connection to every client she serves.

Lisa moved to San Diego in 1986 to attend San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus. After university, she built and ran a successful major name-brand hair salon — a business ownership experience that shaped her approach to client service, communication, and the discipline required to deliver consistent excellence.

She has lived in Otay Ranch in East Chula Vista since 2001 — giving her a firsthand, neighborhood-level understanding of the schools, businesses, and community that her buyers and families need to make truly informed decisions. As a sports mom of two teenagers who plays volleyball and baseball, Lisa is fully embedded in the community fabric of the area she serves.
