Rachael began her career in San Diego working with RE/MAX on Morena Boulevard, where she specialised in helping investors buy, sell, and flip multi-family apartment buildings throughout San Diego County. That early grounding in investment real estate gave her a financial fluency and strategic mindset that has informed every transaction she has handled since. From San Diego, she expanded to Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada — working with Realty One Group and Realty Executives and consistently closing 20 to 40 homes per year. In 2014, Rachael returned to California and co-owned the We Buy Ugly Houses franchise in Los Angeles, where she and her partner flipped eight properties across West Covina, South LA, Altadena, Monrovia, Chatsworth, and Mid City LA.
