Rosie Gross’s love for real estate began before she was old enough to hold a license. When she was just 8 years old, her mother spotted an ad for a home for sale in Rancho Santa Fe — a run-down property that happened to be the second-oldest house in RSF, next to The Osuna Ranch. Her parents, guided by the timeless principle of ‘Location, Location, Location,’ made the purchase. While the family traveled to Indiana that summer, her father worked tirelessly to remodel it — and when they returned, it had been transformed into a beautiful, expanded dream home. That experience planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong passion.

As her family’s love for remodeling and real estate grew, it felt natural for Rosie to pursue her own career in the industry. She dove into new home sales before expanding to traditional residential transactions, and she quickly distinguished herself as one of the first REALTORS® to truly understand the power of marketing and merchandising in real estate. Over the years, Rosie has bought, remodeled, and sold hundreds of homes — accumulating a wealth of experience that gives her clients an extraordinary advantage.

Beyond her professional accomplishments and multiple awards, Rosie is also a passionate animal lover and active community contributor. She fosters animals, volunteers at adoption events, and donates to animal charities — believing that everyone deserves a home, and that includes every animal.

One of Rosie’s most remarkable personal achievements is the restoration of an 1835 brick farmhouse that is now on the National Register of Historic Places — with bricks made on-site and hand-hewn beams from the woods on the property. This deeply personal project reflects her extraordinary eye for design, her reverence for history, and her commitment to the authentic craftsmanship that defines truly exceptional real estate.
